  • Representation matters and I’d like to help aspiring kids get to know and understand the wide world of aviation whatever their personal aspirations may be. I think I can be a voice of encouragement, resource for information, and i’d like to inspire and broaden young minds. Show them they can do it. Help them believe.

Who are the Mentors?

Forever On the Fly nonprofit professional aviation mentors are hired from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. The organization seeks out individuals who possess a deep passion for aviation and a strong commitment to mentorship. Many mentors are seasoned aviation professionals who have accumulated years of experience in various roles within the industry, such as :

  1. Helicopter and fixed wing pilots,

  2. Flight instructors,

  3. Airframe and Power plant Mechanics,

  4. Drone professionals,

  5. Recruiting departments,

  6. Military Recruiters and Aviators,

  7. Cadet Programs, Universities and Colleges,

  8. and other accomplished individuals who have demonstrated a deep passion for aviation and a desire to make a positive impact on the next generation. 

Others may come from non-traditional aviation backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives and expertise to the program. Forever On the Fly actively promotes inclusivity and diversity, striving to engage mentors from different cultures, genders, and ethnicities to provide a well-rounded and inclusive mentoring experience for aspiring aviation enthusiasts.
